9:00-12:00 Emotional Literacy for Managers
Research suggests that supervisors play an outsize role in predicting worker satisfaction. Among the qualities most identified in effective supervisors is emotional responsiveness. This course will train attendees in the basics of emotional intelligence, offer exercises for self evaluation and skill development, and provide guidance as to how to improve your own emotional responsiveness in teams and management roles.
